At PINK ARIE™, your experience matters to us. We are committed to providing high-quality products while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.
ALL SALES FINAL
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do NOT accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds
This policy applies to all purchases, including dissatisfaction, incorrect selection, or change of mind.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (LIMITED EXCEPTION)
We stand behind the quality of our products and will assist if an item arrives damaged or defective.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
- Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Packaging and shipping label
Review Process
- All claims are subject to review and approval
- Items must be verified as defective or damaged by PINK ARIE™
- Claims submitted after the required timeframe will not be accepted
Resolution
If approved, you may receive:
- A replacement of the same item (preferred), or
- A refund at our discretion
No refunds or replacements will be issued without prior approval.
LOST, STOLEN, OR MISSING PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped, it is handled by the carrier.
PINK ARIE™ is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
If Your Package Shows Delivered:
- Check your delivery area and with neighbors
- Wait 24–48 hours (carriers may mark early)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS (CARRIER RESPONSIBILITY)
All packages are shipped via third-party carriers and may include shipping insurance.
If your package is damaged in transit:
- Take clear photos of:
- Product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
- File a claim directly with the carrier:
